Yumeng Xu represents clients in complex civil litigation with a focus on securities and derivative litigation. Many of the representations involve international parties and disputes. Recent representations have included defense of certain of the directors and officers of a Delaware technology start-up in San Francisco federal court and representation of a California venture capital firm and its principals in California state court and arbitration.
Prior to her work at Kaufhold Gaskin LLP, Ms. Xu was a legal intern with a venture capital fund and a Judicial Law Fellow to the Honorable Laurel Beeler for the Northern District of California. She is a member of the Edward J. McFetridge American Inn of Court.
